At Think School, we are building a new standard for how India learns. This role will set the creative agenda for our brand, architect high-impact campaigns, and turn complex ideas into content that informs, inspires, and scales to millions.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
Conceptualize, plan, execute and analyse integrated marketing campaigns to promote our products, content, and initiatives.Develop creative strategies that align with brand objectives, campaign goals, product launches, and overall brand positioning.Track and optimize campaign performance through data analysis and A/B testing.Strategise and execute a scalable social media strategy for brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

  • Maintain brand voice and visual identity across all communication channels.
  • Identify trends and cultural moments to create timely, relevant, and shareable content.
  • Build creative frameworks and guidelines.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in creative strategy, marketing, or campaign management.
  • Strong content writing and storytelling skills
    .
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Should have a
    decent understanding of graphic designing and video editing,
    essential for collaborating with different departments.
  • Should be a
    great copywriter
    , writing content effectively for different audiences and platforms.
  • The candidate must be proactive, with a knack for continuous learning.
