Creative Strategist

We're on the hunt for a Creative Strategist who lives and breathes social. Someone who's equal parts ideas-first and insight-led. In this role, you'll shape how brands show up online, from big-picture campaigns to everyday content that actually connects.
You'll work at the sweet spot where creativity meets strategy - turning culture, trends, and audience behaviour into scroll-stopping content. If you're someone who gets platform nuances, loves pitching bold ideas and knows how to turn ideas into impact - this one's for you.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Campaign Thinking:
Develop creative strategies and campaign ideas tailored to each platform (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.), aligned with brand tone and business objectives.
Content Planning:
Create monthly/quarterly content calendars with themes, formats, and hooks mapped to audience interests and platform trends.
Insight-Led Storytelling:
Translate consumer insights, cultural trends, and data into compelling content ideas and narratives.
Brief Writing & Direction:
Craft creative briefs for designers, copywriters, and video editors to execute content across formats (static, video, reels, carousels, etc.).
Trend Spotting:
Stay on top of platform updates, creator-led formats, and pop culture to identify real-time and moment marketing opportunities.
Performance Collaboration:
Work closely with the analytics and paid teams to evaluate what's working, iterate on formats, and optimize creative direction.
Client Presentations:
Present strategy decks and content ideas to clients with clarity, creative justification, and platform understanding.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
Partner with design, production, and client servicing teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Skills Required:
Proven experience (3-5 years) in creative strategy, content marketing, or social media strategy, ideally within an agency or brand content team.
Strong understanding of digital platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.) and what kind of content works where.
Proven ability to turn brand briefs into content-first campaign ideas and social storytelling.
Ability to think both big-picture and hands-on, from crafting overarching strategy to shaping content buckets.
Sharp writing skills and visual sensibility, comfortable directing content and creative teams.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and ever-evolving digital environment.
Work Timings:
Monday-Friday (10:30 -6:30) On Site. (Location: Nariman Point)
