Job Description:

We are hiring a Tech Operations Manager to oversee our digital infrastructure, manage tools and systems, and ensure secure, efficient tech operations across our healthcare delivery platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage CRMs, scheduling, EMRs, and telehealth tools
  • Ensure HIPAA compliance, uptime, and secure data practices
  • Handle website maintenance, system integration, and workflow automation
  • Support cross-functional U.S. teams in resolving tech issues
  • Build and maintain SOPs for internal technical processes

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • 5+ years in IT or Operations (preferably in healthcare)
  • Familiarity with WordPress, APIs, AWS/Azure, and automation tools
  • Hands-on with Zoho, Zapier, Twilio, or EMRs
  • Strong understanding of HIPAA or U.S. data privacy protocols
