Position Overview:

Arnowa is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and drive the operational excellence of our ESG consulting and energy transition projects. This role blends strategic oversight, client engagement, and team leadership to ensure high-quality delivery of ESG advisory services, energy transition initiatives, and related sustainability projects. The ideal candidate has strong project management experience, a deep understanding of ESG frameworks, energy systems, and regulatory compliance, and a proven ability to scale operations in a fast-growing consultancy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end operations of Arnowa's ESG consulting and energy transition projects.
  • Oversee project planning, resource allocation, and delivery to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Provide operational support to partners and clients, ensuring seamless engagement and satisfaction.
  • Drive business development initiatives, including proposal preparation, client presentations, and relationship management.
  • Implement operational processes, systems, and KPIs to optimise team performance and project outcomes.
  • Manage cross-functional teams, including ESG analysts, energy engineers, and sustainability consultants.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance guidance to project teams.
  • Monitor industry trends in ESG, climate change, and energy transition to inform strategic operational decisions.
  • Facilitate knowledge management, standardisation of operational processes, and continuous improvement across projects.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Energy Management, Business, or related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in ESG consulting, sustainability, energy transition, or related operations management roles.
  • Strong understanding of ESG frameworks , sustainability reporting, and energy transition strategies.
  • Proven project management and operational leadership experience, ideally in consulting or professional services.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and team leadership skills.
  • Experience in implementing operational systems, workflow optimisation, and performance monitoring.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Passion for sustainability, climate action, and helping organisations achieve ESG and energy transition goals.
