Role and Responsibilities

  • Operational Excellence & Process Management
  • Maintain smooth day-to-day operations in coordination with HR, Finance, Admin, and IT teams.
  • Develop, implement, and optimize SOPs, workflows, and policies to improve efficiency and reduce overhead.
  • Monitor budgets, costs, and resources to ensure operational activities are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with HR on recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and exit formalities.
  • Coordinate with Finance to ensure accurate reporting, budget adherence, and timely F&F settlements.
  • Collaborate with Admin & IT to maintain infrastructure, systems, and tools that enable seamless operations.
  • Partner with leadership to support strategic initiatives, restructuring, and cost-saving projects.
  • Data & Reporting
  • Ensure operational data collection and accurate reporting of KPIs and metrics for leadership.
  • Support cost-saving initiatives, efficiency tracking, and dashboards.
  • Drive automation and AI-driven improvements to reduce manual work and repetitive tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of proven success in Operations or Business Management roles.
  • Strong financial and budget oversight skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Exposure to SaaS / LMS / eLearning operations preferred.
  • Strong IT skills (Excel, dashboards, ERP/CRM, database management).
  • Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) in Operations, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Ability to manage confidential information and sensitive situations professionally.
