Role and Responsibilities

Operational Excellence & Process Management

• Oversee end-to-end operations across HR, Finance, Admin, and IT, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning in a software-company environment.
• Design, implement, and optimize SOPs, workflows, and policies to streamline processes, reduce manual work, and enable scalability.
• Ensure all operational activities are completed on time, within budget, and with compliance to company standards.
• Drive process automation and AI-led improvements to eliminate repetitive tasks and enhance efficiency.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with HR on tech hiring, onboarding, payroll, and exit processes, aligning with rapid team scaling.
• Collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate financial reporting, budget adherence, and cost optimization.
• Work with IT and Admin teams to maintain secure infrastructure, SaaS tools, and system uptime critical for business operations.
• Support leadership on strategic initiatives, including organizational restructuring, cost-saving measures, and system upgrades.

Data & Reporting

• Track and report operational KPIs (e.g., productivity, cost per hire, process efficiency, turnaround time).
• Build and maintain dashboards and metrics to provide leadership with actionable insights.
• Leverage data analytics to recommend continuous improvement initiatives and monitor impact.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Operations, Business Management, or IT Operations within a SaaS or software company environment.
• Strong financial acumen with proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Solid understanding of IT systems, infrastructure management, and SaaS tools (ERP/CRM, HRMS, dashboards, ticketing systems).
• Proficiency with Excel, reporting tools, and data analysis.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Business Administration, or IT (MBA preferred).
• Ability to manage confidential data and handle sensitive business situations with professionalism.
