Role Overview:

We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Operations Manager who can take charge of daily operations and drive organizational efficiency. From streamlining internal processes to managing resources, vendors, and timelines, you'll play a critical role in scaling Krittya's operations. If you thrive in dynamic environments, love solving operational bottlenecks, and want to be part of a fast-growing startup, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow across all functions..
  • Design, implement, and optimize processes for better productivity and accountability.
  • Coordinate between teams (marketing, content, design, client servicing) to ensure timely deliverables.
  • Manage vendors, contracts, and third-party service providers.
  • Monitor budgets, allocate resources, and track multiple ongoing projects.
  • Build dashboards and KPIs to track performance and operational efficiency.
  • Assist the leadership team with strategic planning and execution.
  • Train, mentor, and support junior staff/interns to strengthen the team.
  • Solve operational bottlenecks and handle client escalation issues effectively..
  • Foster a professional, collaborative, and growth-oriented work culture.
  • Able to collaborate with multiple departments and have good communication skills
