Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager with at least 3 years of experience in managing business operations, optimizing processes, and leading cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, improve efficiency, and support the company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and quality across departments.

  • Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures.

  • Monitor performance metrics and identify areas for process improvement.

  • Coordinate with HR, Finance, and other departments to align business objectives.

  • Prepare and analyze operational reports for senior management.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

  • Lead and motivate team members to achieve operational excellence.

  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, administration, or project management roles.

  • Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel and operations management tools (e.g., ERP systems).

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
