Responsibilities:

• Managing and coordinating international client, partner, and employee meetings and communications.
• Keeping track of essential master documents related to business operations, HR policies, and financial accounts.
• Working closely with HR and Accounts teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Contributing to the development and execution of marketing and business growth strategies.
• Crafting a variety of operational and business-related documents, such as proposals, presentations, reports, and legal agreements.
• Overseeing the timely and efficient delivery of operational and business initiatives.
• Monitoring and analyzing key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and strategic decision-making.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and productivity enhancements across the organization.
• Staying informed about industry trends and best practices to recommend innovative solutions and improvements.
• Maintaining data confidentiality and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies.

This position will provide essential operational and marketing support to our tech team by effectively coordinating activities..

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science is preferred; however, candidates with other relevant degrees are also encouraged to apply.
• Interest in Business Management.
• Proficiency in using technology tools, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google Suite, and basic design tools like Canva.
• Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• An analytical mindset and the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and present findings.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
