Working Hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM CST (US Central Time)
Salary: ₹40,000 per month (Fixed)
This role requires availability during US Central Time business hours.
Job Summary
Vishram Management Group (VMG) is seeking an Administrative & HR Manager with strong leadership and coordination skills to manage HR operations, hiring coordination, and backend administration for India-based support teams. This role works closely with US leadership and is responsible for driving execution, enforcing discipline, ensuring compliance, and maintaining productivity across teams.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Hiring
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for backend roles
- Create, update, and post job descriptions as required
- Conduct screening and assigned final interviews
- Handle onboarding, employee documentation, attendance, probation, and exits
- Maintain HR trackers, employee records, and compliance files
- Implement and enforce HR policies and code of conduct
Administration, Leadership & Team Coordination
- Provide day-to-day leadership to India-based backend teams
- Assign tasks, set priorities, and ensure timely execution
- Monitor team discipline, responsiveness, and accountability
- Act as the central point of coordination for India support teams
- Ensure structured documentation and organized records
Performance, Training & Compliance
- Monitor productivity, attendance, and quality of work
- Maintain weekly and monthly performance reports
- Identify performance gaps and escalate concerns when required
- Support onboarding and role-based training
- Ensure adherence to SOPs and communication standards
Reporting & Management Support
- Prepare operational and HR reports for management
- Track assigned tasks and follow up to closure
- Support internal coordination between teams and leadership
- Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and timely reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in HR operations, administration, or team coordination
- Strong leadership, people management, and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage teams, enforce discipline, and drive accountability
- Comfortable working Monday–Saturday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM CST
- Proficient in spreadsheets, email, and online tools
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
- Must have a dedicated work-from-home setup with reliable high-speed internet and power backup
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
