Work Hours: US Shift (Night Shift – EST)

Experience Required: 4+ Years in US HR Admin (Preferably in IT Staffing)

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive US HR Administrator to join our growing IT staffing company. This role is crucial for supporting our US operations by handling onboarding, payroll processing, CEIPAL ATS administration, and general back-office functions. The ideal candidate must have experience in the IT staffing industry, specifically with CEIPAL and Paychex systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Onboarding & Compliance
  • Manage end-to-end onboarding process for new hires in the US.
  • Ensure all compliance documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate background checks and maintain updated employee records.
  • CEIPAL ATS Administration
  • Serve as the primary administrator of the CEIPAL Applicant Tracking System.
  • Update, maintain, and manage accurate candidate and employee records.
  • Generate reports, track metrics, and support recruiters with ATS-related tasks.
  • Payroll Processing (Paychex)
  • Process weekly/bi-weekly payroll using Paychex.
  • Address employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
  • Ensure adherence to US payroll regulations and company policies.
  • Back Office Support
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to the US team.
  • Maintain internal documentation, update HR databases, and track employee information.
  • Assist with audits, timesheet collection, and reporting tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in back-office administration, preferably in the IT staffing industry.
  • Hands-on experience with CEIPAL ATS and Paychex payroll.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently during US business hours (Night Shift).
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with HR and compliance processes in a US-based staffing environment.

Pay: ₹50, ₹60,000.00 per month
