  • Sourcing profiles
  • Follow ups with candidates
  • Support engineering development programs which include annual campus recruitment, rotation and relocation arrangement, Annual Meeting, Information Meeting, Newsletter and teambuilding
  • Recruitment – aligning demand with talent acquisition and follow up on status of recruitment
  • One project will be given to manage independently
  • Support the Benefits team with administrative tasks
  • Perform frequent data entry
  • Prepare correspondence for leave packets
  • Update HRIS with benefit changes
  • Assist with special tasks as assigned

Qualifications for HR intern

  • Must be currently enrolled and entering Junior or Senior year or have recently completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field
  • Able to multi-task and work with various stakeholders
  • Student status (Human Resources, Business Administration, or Communications preferred)
  • Must be pursuing or have obtained a Bachelors degree in HR
  • Must have an interest in working full-time in HR in the future
  • Ability to handle sensitive employee issues and information

Skills –

  • Personable, able to comfortably and pleasantly deal with a variety of people.
    • Strong customer service skills.
  • Problem solving capabilities necessary to accomplish the duties and tasks of the position.
  • Ability to correctly make decisions involving client issues/ problems including when to escalate the problem to a more senior consultant.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills.
  • Ability to share knowledge and work in a strong team oriented environment.
  • Detail oriented Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and e-mail
  • Having a keen interest and deep understanding of the Indian education sector.
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skill
