Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated HR Intern to support our HR operations. This internship offers hands-on practical training across recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, and HR administration — ideal for students and job seekers aspiring for a career in HR.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with end-to-end recruitment (job postings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination).
  • Support new hire onboarding & induction processes.
  • Maintain and update HR databases and employee records.
  • Assist in employee engagement activities & office HR initiatives.
  • Prepare HR reports, documentation, and MIS updates.
  • Participate in research, HR projects, and policy development.
  • Provide daily operational and administrative support to the HR team.

What We're Looking For

  • Pursuing or completed HR / MBA / BBA / Psychology / Any Degree
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational & time-management abilities
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Eager to learn, proactive, and career-focused
