Job Overview:

As a Remote HR Intern, you'll assist the HR team in recruitment, onboarding, and daily HR tasks. This role is perfect for students or recent graduates looking to gain practical knowledge and experience in Human Resources while working from home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates
  • Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate follow-ups
  • Support onboarding tasks like documentation and team introductions
  • Help draft and update job descriptions and internship postings
  • Maintain HR records, intern databases, and Google Sheets
  • Contribute to HR engagement activities and feedback tracking
  • Communicate effectively via email and platforms like Slack

What you'll learn:

Requirements:

  • Comfortable using tools like Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Meet
  • A proactive, self-motivated attitude
  • Availability for a minimum of 3 months.
