Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee all human resources functions for our fully remote team. The ideal candidate will be adept at navigating the complexities of remote HR, possess excellent communication skills, and be passionate about creating a positive and engaging work culture across different geographical locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Employee Relations & Engagement:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all employee relations issues, providing guidance and conflict resolution.
  • Develop and implement programs to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention in a remote setting.
  • Conduct stay and exit interviews, analyzing data to recommend improvements to the remote work environment.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding:
  • Partner with department heads to identify staffing needs and manage the full-cycle recruiting process for remote roles.
  • Oversee and continually refine the remote onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless and positive experience.
  • Performance Management & Training:
  • Manage and administer the company's performance review system, ensuring fair and consistent application.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs suitable for a remote workforce.
  • Policy & Compliance:
  • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures that comply with relevant employment laws (considering the diverse geographical locations of our remote staff).
  • Ensure data accuracy and maintain confidential employee records in the HRIS.
  • Compensation & Benefits:
  • Assist in the administration of the company's compensation and benefits programs.
  • Research and recommend competitive remote work benefits packages.

QualificationsRequired:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years managing HR functions for a fully remote or distributed workforce.
  • Proven knowledge of best practices in employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and HR compliance.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, crucial for effective remote communication.
  • Proficiency with HRIS/HRM systems (e.g., BambooHR, Gusto, ADP) and remote collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Asana).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
