We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support various human resources functions, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Support:
  • Assist with screening resumes to identify qualified candidates.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interviewers.
  • Draft and post job advertisements on various platforms.
  • Employee Records Management:
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date, and confidential employee records.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and retention policies.
  • Organize and update HR databases.
  • Onboarding and Training:
  • Facilitate employee onboarding processes, including documentation and orientation.
  • Assist in coordinating training sessions and development programs.
  • Employee Engagement:
  • Help plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and events.
  • Gather feedback to enhance team morale and workplace satisfaction.
  • HR Policies and Procedures:
  • Assist in administering company HR policies and ensuring adherence to guidelines.
  • Provide employees with information about company benefits, policies, and procedures.
  • HR Projects and Research:
  • Conduct research to support special HR projects, such as policy updates or workforce analysis.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for HR management as needed.
  • Employee Support:
  • Address employee inquiries and assist in resolving basic HR-related issues.
  • Act as a liaison between employees and the HR team to facilitate smooth communication.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management systems.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the HR field.
