As we expand, we are looking for a dedicated HR Executive who can support our people operations, recruitment, onboarding, and organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

As an HR Executive at WeBreak Global, you will be responsible for:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Managing end-to-end hiring process
  • Screening, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews
  • Coordinating with department heads for manpower requirements
  • Job postings, sourcing candidates & evaluating profiles

2. Employee Onboarding & Documentation

  • Conducting employee orientation
  • Managing offer letters, joining formalities & ID creation
  • Maintaining employee records and HR documentation

3. Attendance, Payroll & Compliance Support

  • Monitoring daily attendance and leaves
  • Assisting in monthly payroll processing
  • Ensuring company compliance and HR policies

4. Employee Engagement

  • Planning internal events and team activities
  • Handling employee queries & maintaining healthy work culture
  • Supporting performance review processes

5. HR Operations & Administration

  • Managing HRMS updates
  • Preparing reports and maintaining HR databases
  • Coordinating with teams for smooth operations

Skills & Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience as HR Executive or similar role
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and recruitment cycle
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Good knowledge of MS Office & HR software (HRMS)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
