Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead sales efforts and drive business growth across a designated region. This role focuses on building client relationships, expanding the customer base, and achieving sales targets for Pentoz's IT services portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical, marketing, delivery) to ensure client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales approaches.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
- Represent Pentoz Technology at regional industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
- Mentor and guide junior sales staff in the region (if applicable).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- 5+ years of sales experience in IT services or technology solutions, with a regional sales focus.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong understanding of IT services including Cloud, Software Development, Managed Services, and Digital Transformation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to travel within the region as needed.
- Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities.
Preferred:
- Experience in selling to enterprise clients across verticals such as BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, or Manufacturing.
- Prior leadership or team management experience.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies like AI, Blockchain, or IoT.
