
Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking ambitious and experienced Regional Sales Managers who will be responsible for managing and developing sales strategies in their assigned regions. The ideal candidate will lead a team of Area Sales Managers, drive revenue growth, develop dealer networks, and ensure regional sales targets are consistently achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Area Sales Managers and Sales Executives
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies in line with company goals
- Identify, appoint, and manage channel partners, dealers, and resellers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly regional sales targets
- Conduct regular market analysis and competitor tracking
- Provide sales training and support to team members
- Coordinate with marketing, technical, and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and strategic plans for the region
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience (preferably in IT, antivirus, or software sales)
- Proven track record of team management and achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and handle regional operations
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (depending on experience & performance in interview)
