We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to spearhead our efforts in expanding across international markets including the US, UK, Middle East, and APAC regions.
Key Responsibilities:- Role Overview
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and positioning TechMango as a trusted technology partner. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in IT services sales and a deep understanding of the global technology landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities across target markets (US, UK, Middle East, APAC, EMEA)
Develop and execute sales strategies to expand TechMangos client base in: AI & Machine Learning (AI/ML), Data Engineering & Big Data Services, AI-Powered Process Automation & AI Chatbots, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Mobile & Web Application Development, IoT & Cloud Solutions, Blockchain Technology, Software Testing & QA Services, UI/UX Design, MERN Stack, DevOps, Java, and .NET Development
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a consultative and solution-oriented approach
Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to prepare proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and customized solutions
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs, driving revenue growth
Research market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to refine go-to-market strategy
Represent TechMango at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven track record in international IT services sales (B2B), with focus on enterprise accounts and mid-market clients
Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and digital transformation solutions
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently, manage the entire sales cycle, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with CRM tools, lead generation platforms, and international sales processes
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
Preferred Experience
Experience in selling AI/ML, Cloud, and Digital Transformation solutions
Prior exposure to US/UK/Middle East/APAC markets with established network and client relationships
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical, pre-sales, marketing) to drive closure
