Business Development Manager – Consulting Services

Role Overview
We're seeking a dynamic B2B Sales Consultant / Business Development Manager who brings experience in selling consulting or advisory services, and who has previously worked in a consulting firm sales environment. You'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging with decision‑makers in target businesses, crafting proposals, and closing deals. You'll also collaborate internally to refine our offering, define pricing, and ensure high satisfaction of clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new consulting clients (lead generation, outreach, cold calls/emails, networking).
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting → discovery → proposal → negotiation → closing.
- Build and maintain relationships with CXOs, business owners, senior management to understand their needs and align our services accordingly.
- Prepare customized proposals, presentations and pitch decks.
- Collaborate with internal teams (consulting, operations, marketing) to ensure the delivery capability is aligned with the clients' expectations.
- Use CRM tools to track leads, manage pipeline, forecast sales, report performance.
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging market opportunities.
- Where applicable, provide input on consulting engagements (pricing, structure, service features) based on feedback from prospects.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50, ₹100,000.00 per month
