Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development and strategic planning, with a proven ability to drive sales and enhance customer relationships. This role requires exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively. As a Consultant, you will work closely with clients to identify their needs, develop tailored solutions, and ensure successful implementation.

Duties

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges.
  • Utilize Salesforce and other CRM software to track client interactions and project progress.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans that align with client goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
  • Lead negotiations with potential clients to secure contracts and partnerships.
  • Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery of services.
  • Foster strong customer relationships through effective communication and support.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis and industry trends.
  • Assist in the development of marketing strategies that promote client services.

Experience

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or consulting roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce and various CRM software platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability in strategic planning and project management.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals.
  • Experience in customer relationship management and marketing strategies is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this role.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹60,000.00 per month
