About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven Management Consultant (Growth Consulting) to partner with founders, CXOs, and business leaders in driving scalable growth. The role involves diagnosing business challenges, designing tailored strategies, and enabling execution across sales, marketing, and operations. The consultant will play a key role in unlocking new revenue opportunities, optimizing existing processes, and building long-term competitive edge for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct growth audits to identify gaps in sales, marketing, and operations.
- Build data-driven strategies for revenue scaling, market expansion, and customer acquisition.
- Design and implement frameworks for business performance monitoring (KPIs, dashboards, MIS).
- Advise clients on pricing, product-market fit, and go-to-market strategies.
- Support digital marketing and demand generation initiatives with performance insights.
- Align business models with lean operations, franchise expansion, or partnership development where applicable.
- Collaborate with client leadership teams to ensure effective execution and measurable ROI.
- Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to inform strategic decisions.
- Prepare professional presentations, strategy decks, and detailed growth roadmaps.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Strong business acumen with understanding of scaling challenges in startups and SMEs.
- Expertise in business strategy, revenue consulting, sales design, and operational efficiency.
- Strong analytical capability to translate data into actionable strategies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to design compensation models, incentive structures, and franchise/expansion frameworks.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, dashboards, and business/marketing analytics tools.
- Structured problem-solving skills and a focus on execution.
Qualifications
- MBA or equivalent degree in Business/Strategy/Management preferred.
- 4–10 years of experience in management consulting, growth consulting, or corporate strategy roles.
- Prior consulting experience with startups, growth-stage companies, or franchise/edtech sectors will be an advantage.
