- Collaborate with internal teams to meet recruitment targets and align with business development goals.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all recruiting activities and business development efforts, ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various positions.
- Utilize job portals, social media, and internal databases to source candidates and create a strong talent pipeline.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree, Business Administration, Computer or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment and business development.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Familiarity with job portals, recruitment databases, and lead generation tools.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and in a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹200, ₹300,000.00 per year
