About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive with proven experience in IT / SaaS sales to drive growth and build lasting client relationships. The ideal candidate will be skilled in prospecting, consultative selling, and closing deals, with a strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and client decision-making psychology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition by selling digital solutions (websites, mobile apps, SaaS platforms, HR tech, or IT services).
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation, outreach, demos, and negotiations to contract closure.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, and other prospecting methods.
  • Conduct consultative sales discussions to understand client needs and position solutions in terms of ROI, business outcomes, and value creation.
  • Deliver effective sales pitches, demos, and presentations to SMEs and enterprise clients.
  • Handle objections, negotiations, and contract discussions with confidence.
  • Work towards achieving and exceeding monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
  • Use CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho) to track leads, opportunities, KPIs, and revenue performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer success) to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Key Requirements

  • Proven track record in IT / SaaS sales with successful deal closures.
  • Strong knowledge of B2B sales processes, including prospecting, lead qualification, and stakeholder management.
  • Experience in lead generation tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, or similar.
  • Excellent consultative selling skills with the ability to pitch ROI-focused solutions.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills (both written & verbal).
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with strong reporting and pipeline management.
  • Familiarity with CRMs such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹50,000.00 per month
