About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Executive with proven experience in IT / SaaS sales to drive growth and build lasting client relationships. The ideal candidate will be skilled in prospecting, consultative selling, and closing deals, with a strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and client decision-making psychology.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition by selling digital solutions (websites, mobile apps, SaaS platforms, HR tech, or IT services).
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation, outreach, demos, and negotiations to contract closure.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, and other prospecting methods.
- Conduct consultative sales discussions to understand client needs and position solutions in terms of ROI, business outcomes, and value creation.
- Deliver effective sales pitches, demos, and presentations to SMEs and enterprise clients.
- Handle objections, negotiations, and contract discussions with confidence.
- Work towards achieving and exceeding monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
- Use CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho) to track leads, opportunities, KPIs, and revenue performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, customer success) to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Key Requirements
- Proven track record in IT / SaaS sales with successful deal closures.
- Strong knowledge of B2B sales processes, including prospecting, lead qualification, and stakeholder management.
- Experience in lead generation tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, or similar.
- Excellent consultative selling skills with the ability to pitch ROI-focused solutions.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills (both written & verbal).
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with strong reporting and pipeline management.
- Familiarity with CRMs such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho is a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25, ₹50,000.00 per month
