We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and helping drive the company's growth. You must be proactive, confident, and comfortable communicating with potential clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business leads
  • Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and meetings
  • Understand client needs and promote relevant services or solutions
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing customers
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales materials
  • Track sales activities and maintain reports using CRM tools
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a BDE, Sales Executive, or similar role
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and lead generation
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools, online lead generation platforms, and business communication
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

  • Experience in IT / software services industry
  • Understanding of digital marketing or technology solutions
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple leads at once
