Roles and Responsibilities
· Identify and evaluate potential sales leads through networking and online research.
· Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
· Build a deep understanding of our products and present them effectively to clients.
· Identify and evaluate new business opportunities and markets
· Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders
· Collaborate with the engineering team to tailor solutions to client needs
· Prepare and deliver presentations to customers and stakeholders
· Evaluate customer feedback and research in order to develop new products and services
· Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to stay informed of market conditions
· Develop and implement pricing strategies
· Create sales and marketing materials for potential customers.
Required skills and qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales or a related field.
· 6+ years of experience in sales or business development roles.
· Effective communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills.
· Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
· Adept in networking, project management and problem-solving.
· Possess strong creative and strategic thinking skills to develop effective sales strategies for business growth.
· Ability to adapt to the company's culture effectively and lead other teams.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month
