**Company Overview**:
AY Ventures helps startups and companies raise funding from angels, VCs and family offices by arranging direct meetings with investors. We have a simple and straightforward system with no hidden charges or terms and a dedicated team to guide founders through the entire fundraising process.

We also help founders in these:
1. Loans from banks, NBFCs and private investors

2. Venture debt and revenue based financing

3. Pitch deck, business plans & valuation

4. Incubation/acceleration for early-stage startups

5. Govt. grants & startup India seed fund and much more

**Position Overview**:
AY Ventures is run by 3 dedicated and passionate partners. In this position, we are looking for a person to accelerate our startup onboarding experience and our fundraising process.

To be transparent, we get more startups than we can handle currently. Hence, we need a business development executive to talk to founders and help them with onboarding and the full fundraising process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Contacting founders for intro calls
- Understanding the business of the founders
- Explaining to founders our services and process
- Closing the sale and onboarding the startup
- Handing over the startup to respective teams for the work
- Utilize CRM systems to manage client information and sales activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record in sales and business development within the finance and investment industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial products, investment strategies, and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software.

**Stipend**: ₹15,000 base salary + 15% commission on every service sale/funding (expect 30k+ in commissions based on current revenue)

**Work Environment**:
We don’t have any minimum working hour requirement and just expect the team members to complete their allotted tasks.

Working days
- Monday to Saturday.
