Job Overview

The ideal candidate will support initiatives to generate leads, engage with potential clients, and build lasting business relationships for the company. This candidate will be proactive, have strong communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to understand client needs and align them with our web and app development services.

Responsibilities

· Identify and qualify potential leads through research, networking, and cold outreach.

· Build and maintain strong client relationships to support business growth.

· Assist in developing strategies to explore new markets and expand the client base.

· Collaborate with senior business development managers and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients.

· Participate in preparing business proposals, presentations, and client communications.

· Maintain accurate records of business development activities in CRM and prepare regular progress reports.

· Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in web and app development.

· Support the sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure under guidance from senior team members.

Requirements

· 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship roles (preferably in IT/Tech).

· Basic understanding of web and mobile app development services.

· Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

· Ability to handle client queries professionally and build trust-based relationships.

· Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to meeting targets.

· Comfortable working in both independent and team-based setups.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

· Prior experience in the IT/Tech industry is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
