We are seeking ambitious and experienced Regional Sales Managers who will be responsible for managing and developing sales strategies in their assigned regions. The ideal candidate will lead a team of Area Sales Managers, drive revenue growth, develop dealer networks, and ensure regional sales targets are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Area Sales Managers and Sales Executives
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies in line with company goals
  • Identify, appoint, and manage channel partners, dealers, and resellers
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly regional sales targets
  • Conduct regular market analysis and competitor tracking
  • Provide sales training and support to team members
  • Coordinate with marketing, technical, and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and strategic plans for the region

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience (preferably in IT, antivirus, or software sales)
  • Proven track record of team management and achieving sales targets
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle regional operations
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (depending on experience & performance in interview)
