Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets through direct sales, distributor partnerships, and institutional accounts.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across core sectors.
  • Lead and manage a team of Territory Sales Officers/Executives.
  • Recruit, train, and coach sales staff for high performance.
  • Conduct joint field visits, technical presentations, and client meetings.
  • Strengthen and expand distributor and dealer networks.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and seminars.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards.

Requirements

  • Education: Graduate in Science / Pharmacy / Veterinary Science preferred; MBA/PGDM is a plus.
  • Experience:
  • 8–12 years of total sales experience.
  • 3–5 years in a regional leadership or team management role.
  • Experience in disinfectants, hygiene, pharma, healthcare, or animal health products preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to handle technical discussions with medical, veterinary, or institutional clients.
  • Results-driven, analytical, and adaptable to a fast-paced growth environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹80,000.00 per month
