
Regional Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets through direct sales, distributor partnerships, and institutional accounts.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across core sectors.
- Lead and manage a team of Territory Sales Officers/Executives.
- Recruit, train, and coach sales staff for high performance.
- Conduct joint field visits, technical presentations, and client meetings.
- Strengthen and expand distributor and dealer networks.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and seminars.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards.
Requirements
- Education: Graduate in Science / Pharmacy / Veterinary Science preferred; MBA/PGDM is a plus.
- Experience:
- 8–12 years of total sales experience.
- 3–5 years in a regional leadership or team management role.
- Experience in disinfectants, hygiene, pharma, healthcare, or animal health products preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle technical discussions with medical, veterinary, or institutional clients.
- Results-driven, analytical, and adaptable to a fast-paced growth environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹80,000.00 per month
