Regional Sales Manager

Key responsibilities
- Sales strategy and execution: Develop and implement regional sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Team management: Lead, train, and develop a regional sales force, including supervisors and representatives, to ensure high performance and alignment with company objectives.
- Relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and business partners, to drive sales and ensure effective execution of programs.
- Market analysis: Monitor market trends, analyze competitor activities, and provide insights and reports to senior management.
- Budget and reporting: Manage regional sales budgets, track expenses, and prepare regular performance reports.
- Compliance: Ensure all regional activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Brand and trade activation: Collaborate with marketing teams to deploy brand and trade activation programs within the region to increase product visibility and sales.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹68, ₹80,000.00 per month
