**Key Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Financial Leadership**:

- Collaborate closely with the Global CFO to formulate and execute regional financial strategies in alignment with the company's global vision.
- Collaborate across all organization functions to develop budgets and cash flow projections.
- Business partner with the Regional Vice President, providing financial and commercial input to the running of the business in the region.
- Manage expansion of the business through the set-up of new entities and development of business plans and cash forecasts.
- Provide leadership to ensure the execution of strategic financial and commercial goals.

**Financial Oversight**:

- Spearhead regional financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis endeavours.
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Finance department.
- Monitor and evaluate financial performance, identifying trends and opportunities for optimization.
- Implement the group financial control systems and procedures.
- Ensure all entities within the region are compliant with all statutory requirements.
- Define and document policies and procedures governed by best practices.
- Manage regional financial governance, compliance, and reporting protocols.
- Assiduously ensure precise and transparent financial reporting, to support strategic decision-making.

**Operational Excellence**:

- Lead cross-functional teams to guarantee the seamless execution of operational objectives in addition to performing many daily tasks.
- Optimize processes and workflows, effectively steering operational efficiency and excellence.
- Implement initiatives to drive efficiencies within the Finance function and across the business.

**Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Collaborate closely with other departments in the region.
- Provide financial insights to internal stakeholders.
- Manage external stakeholders such as auditors, banks, tax advisors, legal advisors and government agencies.
- Collaborate closely with other Regional CFO’s in other regions.

**Team Development**:

- Cultivate a collaborative and high-performing culture within the regional teams.
- Coach, develop and evaluate team members to ensure members are achieving their career goals.
- Propel succession planning and implement strategies for nurturing talent.

**Risk Management**:

- Identify and manage potential risks within the region, through implementing risk mitigation strategies.
- Vigilantly ensure unwavering compliance with regulatory requisites and company policies.
- Collaborate seamlessly with legal and compliance teams, addressing legal and regulatory imperatives.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Chartered Accountant qualification, with a master's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field being an advantageous addition.
- A track record of demonstrated leadership roles encompassing a minimum of [10-12 years], with a strong focus on financial management.
- International experience, preferably working for an international organisation outside of home country for 3 to 5 years.
- Proven expertise in strategic planning, financial management, and the proficient execution of operational improvements.
- Ability to analyze large data sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in utilizing financial software and the Microsoft Office suite.
- A global outlook and good understanding of micro and macroeconomic indices and their impact on the business

**Salary**: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹5,500,000.00 per year
