Position Overview

We are looking for 6 dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) to lead our distribution network expansion across Maharashtra. Each RSM will manage 6 Area Sales Managers (ASMs) and will be responsible for appointing and developing district-wise distributors within their respective regions.

Maharashtra (6 Regions Covering All 36 Districts)

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to appoint distributors in all assigned districts.
  • Manage, guide, and motivate a team of 6 Area Sales Managers (ASMs) for market coverage and dealer onboarding.
  • Identify potential computer stores, dealers, and distributors for Ram Antivirus products.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and ensure consistent business growth.
  • Maintain relationships with key channel partners and distributors.
  • Conduct regular market visits, competitor analysis, and sales reviews.
  • Ensure proper implementation of company policies, promotional schemes, and brand visibility initiatives.
  • Provide timely reporting on sales performance, distributor activities, and market feedback.
  • Coordinate with the head office for supply chain, marketing, and product updates.
  • Represent the company in regional trade shows, tech fairs, and channel events.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in channel sales or distribution of antivirus, IT products, or computer peripherals.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Proven track record in appointing and managing distributors.
  • Must be willing to travel extensively across assigned districts.
  • Preferred: Candidates with a background in IT product sales, computer accessories, or cybersecurity software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40, ₹60,000.00 per month
