**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and approach **manufacturers, wholesalers, and distributors** across assigned territories.
- Pitch the company’s **e-commerce platform and partnership benefits** to potential sellers.
- Successfully **onboard new vendors** by explaining registration, product listing, and sales processes.
- Build and maintain **strong B2B relationships** to ensure long-term collaboration.
- Conduct **regular field visits** to key markets, industrial zones, and wholesale hubs.
- Understand local market dynamics, competitor activities, and product trends.
- Coordinate with the internal operations, cataloging, and marketing teams for vendor support.
- Achieve monthly **vendor acquisition and revenue targets**.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- **2-5 years of field sales or business development experience** (preferably in B2B, wholesale, or e-commerce sector).
- Strong network with **local manufacturers and wholesalers** in Gujarat and Maharashtra.
- Excellent **communication, negotiation, and presentation** skills.
- Proven ability to meet targets and work independently.
- Willingness to **travel extensively** within assigned regions.
- Basic understanding of **online selling platforms / e-commerce models**.
- Individuals who have previously worked in **IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Meesho, Udaan, or similar B2B platforms**.
- Fluent in **Hindi, English**, and local languages (Gujarati / Marathi preferred).
