**Job Title: Field Sales Executive** - Commercial LPG Sales
**Location: Hyderabad**

**Salary Range: 18,000-25,000**
**Qualifications & Requirements Education**: Inter pass - Bachelor’s degree fresher or experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
**Experience**:0-3 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in any industry** Proven track record of meeting sales targets and revenue goals. Skills & Competencies: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Excellent verbal and written communication Ability to build relationships with commercial clients. Proficiency in CRM & Microsoft Office. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel. Performance Metrics (KPIs) Sales Targets: New LPG contracts closed per month. Monthly revenue generated from LPG sales. Customer Engagement: Number of cold calls, client visits, and follow-ups. Customer satisfaction and retention rate. Market Expansion: New business accounts acquired per quarter. Growth in customer referrals & repeat orders. Efficiency & Reporting: Timeliness in submitting sales reports & forecasts. Feedback on market trends & competitor pricing. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary + Commission Structure Competitive base salary Performance-based commission (bonus per new contract signed) Quarterly & annual incentives for top performers
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
