**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets in IT solutions and managed services.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, setting clear goals and KPIs.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with enterprises and mid-market clients.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, delivery, and product teams to align offerings with market needs.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle—from lead generation and proposal development to negotiation and closing.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
- Represent Pentoz Technology at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5-8 years of proven sales experience in IT solutions, managed services, or technology consulting.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and motivating a sales team.
- Deep understanding of IT services such as Cloud, Managed Services, Security, AI/ML, and Digital Transformation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to close large deals and build long-lasting client relationships.
- Proficiency with CRM and sales analytics tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

**Preferred**:

- Experience selling to industries such as BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or Retail.
- Background in enterprise sales or channel partner management.
- Exposure to international markets.
