Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and leading sales teams. The role involves conducting market research, preparing sales reports, forecasting sales performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and support. The Sales Manager will be pivotal in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sales Strategy Development and Execution
- Client Relationship Management and Customer Support Skills
- Market Research and Business Development Skills
- Team Leadership and Sales Performance Forecasting Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Kolkata Area
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in the polymer or chemical industry is a plus
