Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, creating sales plans, and achieving sales targets. This role includes identifying new business opportunities, providing customer feedback to management, and working closely with the marketing team to enhance brand promotion.
Qualifications
- Sales Strategy and Business Development skills
- Client Relationship Management skills
- Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
- Experience in the safety and compliance industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
