Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Hotel Sales Manager at Hotel Sawood International, located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Hotel Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, managing sales operations, developing marketing strategies, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Key responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with other departments to ensure the satisfaction of our guests and the success of our sales initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Strong Sales and Sales Management skills
  • Proficient in Marketing strategies and techniques
  • Ability to identify new business opportunities and develop client relationships
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field is preferred
  • Experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous
