About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Support Executive to join our team. This role involves working closely with clients to ensure smooth implementation and usage of our software solutions. You will act as the bridge between our technical team and the client, helping users understand product functionality, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients seeking assistance with software solutions.
- Understand client business processes and provide guidance on effective use of our products.
- Conduct client onboarding, software training sessions, and post-implementation support.
- Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.
- Analyze client requirements and offer functional insights and improvements.
- Document issues, feedback, and feature requests clearly and concisely.
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients and ensure recurring satisfaction.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
0–4 years of experience in software support, client servicing, or application consultancy.
Strong understanding of business processes and software functionality.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple client interactions effectively.

Pay: ₹10, ₹25,000.00 per month
