You’ll play a crucial role in supporting on-ground events, installations, and projects — ensuring everything runs seamlessly from planning to delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesManagevendor coordination, logistics, and procurementfor ongoing projects and activations. Assist insetup, testing, and troubleshootingduring events and technology-based installations. Maintain and updaterecords, invoices, and operational trackersfor internal reporting. Provideon-site supportduring live events to ensure smooth execution. Coordinate with internal teams (Creative, Tech, Production) to align project timelines and deliverables. Ensuretimely delivery, resource allocation, and quality controlfor each activation.Key Requirements1–2 years of experience inoperations, production, or project coordination , preferably in an events, experiential, or creative environment. Strongorganizational, communication, and multitaskingskills. Willingness totravelfor events, setups, and client activations. Hands-on, problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
