Job Summary:
The Presales Executive will play a key role in driving business growth by supporting the sales and design teams throughout the client acquisition process. This role involves handling new inquiries, understanding client requirements, coordinating design and cost proposals, and ensuring a smooth transition from lead generation to project handover. The Presales Executive acts as a vital link between the client, design, estimation, and project execution teams to deliver customized turnkey interior solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to inbound client inquiries for turnkey interior fit-out projects (corporate, retail, hospitality, etc.).
- Understand client requirements, space details, design preferences, and project timelines.
- Coordinate with internal design, estimation, and procurement teams to prepare concept presentations, layout options, and cost estimates.
- Prepare professional proposals, presentations, and company profiles tailored to client needs.
- Follow up with clients on proposals, negotiate terms (in coordination with senior management), and support the closure process.
- Maintain accurate documentation of leads, proposals, and follow-ups in the CRM or internal tracking system.
- Support the sales team during client meetings, site visits, and presentations.
- Provide weekly reports on presales activities, pipeline status, and conversion metrics.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of turnkey interior project processes (design, estimation, execution).
- Ability to interpret basic design drawings and BOQs.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with AutoCAD or SketchUp is a plus.
- Detail-oriented and organized with strong follow-up skills.
- Comfortable working under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Pay: ₹300, ₹400,000.00 per year
