about the role
Why Is the Role Important?
The Presales Associate role is essential for connecting prospective parents with our offerings, ensuring a seamless and positive first experience. As a specialised team member, you will collaborate with the program team to support program design, gather feedback, and engage parents. Your role includes managing pre-enrollment conversations, booking centre visits, and fostering relationships to create an engaging and enriching learning experience.
What Is the Role?
As a Presales Associate, you will balance program support with pre-sales engagement to enhance the Openhouse customer experience. Your key responsibilities include:
- Lead Engagement:
 Serve as the primary contact for parents exploring our programs, connecting with them through calls and messages to answer initial questions and build rapport.
- Qualitative Conversations:
 Have meaningful conversations with parents to understand their needs, address any queries, and introduce them to our programs.
- Centre Visits:
 Convert interested parents into Centre Visits, helping facilitate a smooth transition to enrollment.
- Lead Assessment:
 Evaluate lead quality and provide insights to the Marketing team for more effective lead generation and engagement.
Who Is the Ideal Candidate?
Qualifications:
Fresh graduates (or under 2 years of work experience) with a background in Education, Communication, Business, or related fields.
Experience in a service-based industry like Hospitality (Front of the house), client relationships, etc. would give you an advantage
Prior experience in Education or Ed-Tech is a plus, but not a must-have.
Skills Required:
- Genuine interest in education and child development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with parents of young learners.
- Ability to build trust and positive relationships with parents.
Experience:
Prior experience in customer-facing roles, especially in education, sales, or service, is a plus but not essential.
Salary for this role: 3 to 4.5 LPA depending on our interview process
