About the Role
We are seeking an experiment-oriented and technically sound Pre-Sales Associate. The ideal candidate will support sales initiatives by providing research on target companies, identifying clients' IT services needs, helping execute events/outreach, booking meetings and preparing proposals.
Key Responsibilities
Support lead qualification, requirement analysis, and opportunity management activities
Research technology trends, competition analysis, and market needs
Understand client requirements and contribute to solution proposals
Prepare documentation such as capability decks, proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and SoWs
Maintain product/service knowledge and continuously enhance technical competency
Required Skills
Strong understanding of IT concepts such as software development, cloud, networking, or cybersecurity
Basic knowledge of programming (any language such as Java, Python, C#, etc.)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Analytical thinking and ability to understand customer needs
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Good documentation and MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Comfortable with LinkedIn and communicating with clients over phone/Zoom
Education
BCA / MCA / BE / BTech
OR Any graduate with recognized Programming / Technical certifications
Desirable (Good to Have)
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM)
Exposure to IT sales or customer-facing roles (internships acceptable)
Knowledge of SDLC, agile methodologies, or cloud platforms
Personal Attributes
Quick learner with a strong interest in technology and customer engagement
Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented
Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
