Position: Pre-Sales Associate (PSA)

What You'll Do:

  • Engage with prospective students via inbound and outbound calls to understand their aspirations and provide tailored study abroad guidance.
  • Collaborate with the sales and counseling teams for seamless lead handovers.
  • Schedule counseling sessions and follow up to drive lead conversions.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records to track progress and ensure efficient follow-ups.

What You'll Bring:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for international education and student success.
  • Ability to handle objections and provide quick solutions in a fast-paced setting.
  • Basic CRM knowledge (preferred but not required).
  • Proactive attitude with a focus on results
