Position: Pre-Sales Associate (PSA)
What You'll Do:
- Engage with prospective students via inbound and outbound calls to understand their aspirations and provide tailored study abroad guidance.
- Collaborate with the sales and counseling teams for seamless lead handovers.
- Schedule counseling sessions and follow up to drive lead conversions.
- Maintain accurate CRM records to track progress and ensure efficient follow-ups.
What You'll Bring:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for international education and student success.
- Ability to handle objections and provide quick solutions in a fast-paced setting.
- Basic CRM knowledge (preferred but not required).
- Proactive attitude with a focus on results
