Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pre-Sales Executive located in Bengaluru. The Pre-Sales Executive will be responsible for understanding customer needs, conducting market research, and generating leads. Daily tasks will include presenting the company's products and services to potential clients, negotiating sales deals, preparing proposals, and coordinating with the sales team for follow-ups. The Pre-Sales Executive will also manage customer inquiries and ensure support throughout the sales process.
Qualifications
- Understanding of Customer Needs and Market Research skills
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and Sales Negotiation
- Experience in Preparing Proposals and Presentations
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage Customer Inquiries and Support
- Relevant experience in the real estate industry is a plus
