Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Pre Sales Executive, located in Bengaluru. The Pre Sales Executive will engage in client interactions, understand potential needs, and provide customized solutions by combining technical and commercial knowledge. This role involves preparing proposals, presentations, and product demonstrations to highlight the benefits and technical capabilities of our offerings. The Pre Sales Executive works closely with sales teams to transfer knowledge gained from customer interactions and assists in closing deals through the creation of persuasive arguments and clear value propositions.
Qualifications
- Customer interaction and Client requirement analysis skills
- Proposal preparation and Presentation skills
- Technical and Commercial knowledge in real estate
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
- Experience in the real estate or construction industry is a plus
