Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a
Pre Sales Executive Bangalore and Hyderabad
. The Pre Sales Executive will be responsible for collaborating with the sales team, understanding customer requirements, preparing and delivering appropriate presentations, creating frequent reviews and reports with sales data, ensuring the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations, and participating in sales meetings and events. The Pre Sales Executive will also assist in the qualification of leads and maintain productive relationships with target clients.
Requirements
- Experience in sales or pre-sales roles
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• Make outbound calls to leads generated via marketing and online platforms
• Explain company services and qualify leads based on customer needs
• Schedule meetings/site visits for the sales/design team
• Maintain lead data and follow up regularly
• Build strong rapport with potential clients through effective communication
• Fresher – 2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales support
• Strong verbal communication in kannada Telugu, Hindi, and English
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets or CRM systems
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude
• Female candidates preferred
