Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and confident Pre-Sales Executive to join our Banglore team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage prospective clients, understand their requirements, and coordinate site visits effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential customers through calls, chats, and follow-ups.
  • Participate in client visits/meetings to understand business needs and stay updated on competitor offering
  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable project options.
  • Coordinate and confirm client visits to project sites.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high conversion rates.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth lead flow.
  • Maintain daily call logs, follow-up reports, and CRM updates.
